I got some salted peanuts the other day that needed more salt. I fired off an email and boy 'o boy did they react fast. Incredible customer service. I love the shadow of Mr. Peanut on the letterhead.  "We are poor little lambs...who have lost our way...Baa...Baa...Baa"

Got it, thanks. I find this robotic reply to a faint complaint in our hyper-sensitive social media environment most amusing. Oh please, don't diss our product on-line! Here's more free peanuts you don't like!

Hey Spence, no problem with the removal. Sorry to put you to work. It never occurred to me what web site may have popped up if that (made up) address was searched. Thanks Spence. I learned what ribald means too. And I thought you were talking about my hairline!  . Now I'll tell the story. I emailed the complaint line at 11:52. Got a Ref # then. A real person replied at 11:55 asking for a little bit more info. I sent it. 2 minutes later she was telling me I would get this coupon. Whole kit and caboodle done in less than 15 minutes. Now, I'm hopping on Coinfrogs thoughts. I can't believe how fast this was resolved. My Ref# was 16. So I assume, the 16th complaint from Jan 1st. Not many, considering I contacted them on the 14th. With such a speedy reply, do they pay some one full time to monitor the line? It's all about public image I guess. This coupon is like a get of jail free card. My original purchase was a 600 gram bag of cocktail nuts. I think some almonds or maybe cashews are in order with this voucher.  . "We are poor little lambs...who have lost our way...Baa...Baa...Baa"
