The Mint did not admit to an error. They did not answer my email inquiry back in Feb. I'm a lowly customer. Now, finally the Mint offers an explanation. It took the clout of Coin World to get them to respond. Still an error to me.
Another government employee reply to a simple question. And this surprises you why? I like how they turned it into a complaint which needed forwarded up the chain.
