If you look at the negative feedback it appears he is also "Coating" the coins...ewww

I have noticed this too. Coin after coin appears to be polished or whizzed. It's a shame so many eBay buyers are thinking these coins are genuine AU/Unc. These Morgan dollars have been permanently ruined.

I've too seen this seller's Morgans on Ebay. Picture editing at its finest. No uncirculated Morgans even look like that. Glad you got a refund.
