Three more fractional notes to add to my new collection. Sorry about the odd reflections on the holders; I do my pictures out in the garage, and I waited as late as I could, hoping it would cool down a bit, but the heat index was still sitting near 100. I hurried a bit, as you can tell .

The first is a third issue 3 cent note. It still surprises me how small many of these notes are!

The second is a first issue 10 cent note.

Last but not least, a third issue 50 cent note. On the back, there is an additional notation "Great Embossing".

My latest additions to my fractional note type set. As you may have noticed I'm sticking with PMG for all the notes in this set, as I am with my small size FRN set. These notes are all pretty easy to find in both PMG and PCGS holders in the grades I want, so for consistency on these two sets I'm sticking with one grading company.

A couple more to add. These are both Friedberg design numbers I already have, but there is enough of a difference I felt I needed another example (I'll be saying that more and more as I get closer to completing the type set ).
The first is a 1st issue 5 cent note. The one I already have has straight edges, but this one has perforated edges.

The second is a 4th issue 10 cent note. This one has watermarked paper and does not have the blue right end as my other example. One interesting thing about this note is it has a remark on the back of the holder "Sheet Number Included". That's the small red "10" on the front of the note near the bottom, just left of the word "Fractional".

Very nice! I really like the 4th issue 10 cents, but the perforated edge 5 cents is also nice!

Thank you all!

@hfjacinto, I like that 10 cent note, as well. I found the inclusion of the sheet number to be interesting. The dealer had noted that its position was a bit unusual, as he said that when the sheet number is present it is typically in the margin. I don't know if that's actually the case, or even how common it is to have a sheet number present on a fractional note, but I like little oddities like this...

And, I thought having perforations on a note labeled "Postage Currency" was appropriate...

Today I've added three more notes to my Friedberg design set. I had a higher-grade Lincoln on my want list, but other than the trim on that note I thought it looked quite nice.
