1998-D Lincoln Cent With Massive Die Chip?

I've never seen or came across anything like this penny. I'm guessing a Die Chip that has been Double Strike? Tilted ar the right angle, with the right lighting, Lincoln can be seen on the 'Die chip' Report this Post to the Staff
