There is a bit of chatter on the cheek, neck, hair behind the ear, and cap below the ribbon. The reverse is better, but not enough to pull the grade up. No premium for the toning. panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 12217 Posts	Posted 05/19/2022 11:08 am the 84(CC)'s are well known for sharp strikes. this is definitely short on strike for both sides. a good amount of rub along with field abrasions and little marks here and there. the cheek and neck although not deeply scratch there are quite a bit of small dings and chatter. two dings above the eye. imo the toning will not anything to the grade nor the value. this toning typically occurs in the bag where one coin has been sitting offset on another. I was also thinking this was about a 63. The reverse toning is pretty dramatic in hand. I might list this on eBay and see if anyone is willing to pay a premium for the toning.
