I can't identify what's going on exactly but looks like the dies clashed and rotated. Any help or info appreciated. Thanks

Maybe multi struck instead of clashed? Multiple profiles of the cows head?

I think I was wrong in the description. All the lines threw me off. Retained die break?

Incuse marks are damage on a coin. It is were doubled on the die, the it would be raised and all the other devices would also be doubled in the same rotation as a double strike. I'm not seeing that on your coin.
