Note the tops of cents. That looks like Machine Doubling slight push. The bottoms of the devices towards the rim direction on both sides of the coin is DDD, Die Deterioration Doubling. (aways in the direction of the closest rim and on the fields, not on the devices) Just not as strong as these devices on your coin. This is progressive. It is the first stage of the process.
