With that said, we should still be able to help you. A couple things would helpful: the weight and diameter plus pics of the other side of both coins. Interestingly, your second coin looks quite a bit like an upside side Lincoln Memorial cent. Please provide photos of the other side as it's quite essential for identifying Qing coins.
