I'm with levelsofmadnes, normal coin. Look at a few thousand more circulated, 70's with worn dies and you will see the same thing you see here. Keep searching!
Well, Lincoln's face is all kinds of beat up from circulation - hits, bumps, and dings. Possible Machine Doubling on IGWT. Possible die crack at top of Lincoln's head but hard to tell without having a still image close-up. That was on the obverse, now to view the reverse portion to comment on. It looks like the devices around the edge are showing signs of Die Deterioration. I was hoping to see maybe some die cracks at the memorial corners - but there were none - just circulation hits, bumps, and dings. Overall: a normal coin. One thing - the video at 4 min40 sec is way too long, I managed to get to 3:43 before I decided to not watch anymore. Nice pictures are far better than any video that could be posted up - I spent more time trying to fix the audio to hear anything on the video.
2-3 good pictures could have told us the same thing as the video. I'm not seeing anything in particular that stands out nor do I see a DDO, just a regular 1970 cent struck by a tiered die from what I could see.
There is a reason we don't do UTube videos here, and this is a great example of why we don't. Just give us clear photos of both sides of your coin along with your questions, and we'll help you if we can. But please, no more videos.
