No rush.

Thanks so much

I believe it is up to each person to change their avatar.

Not sure but play around with your profile page for clues on how to do it.

Not so sure. I had a look and a play and read FAQ.
No joy. I'll leave it sit for a while.... the folks behind the scenes are probably snowed under ATM.

Thanks anyways

Making the request is the correct method for a change, ttkoo. Avatar changes are not available at the user level.

Apart from all the avatar business, I really like that coin.

Thanks SamuelPickWick,
It's one of a bunch that I " inherited" from my fathers estate. The Royal Australian Mint only released 54,000 from a mintage of 75,000. The remaining 21,000 were melted down. It's probably my favourite atm.
My current avatar is an 1881 Adelaide Industrial Exhibition medallion which I found in about 4 inches of clay with a detector locally. The visible side was toasted and (shamefully) cleaned to within an inch of it's life. On the opposite face is the entire Lord's Prayer (on a 3/4 inch....19.4mm disc) sterling silver.
