I have had this quarter for some time now. Looking at it from many angles I am certain this is not PMD but rather raised lines that go between the upper keys and further away from there. I looked on variety Vista and a few other places and didn't see anything similar to this.

It looks like Feeder Finger Damage on the die was transferred to the coin when it was struck.

If you can, please post full images of both sides of your coins. It will help us with our comments.

I agree. The damage to the die would be in an opposite direction from the obverse because of the rotated reverse dies.

Obverse NE to SW.
Reverse SW to NE.
Something new everyday.

FF damage was my first thought as well.
