Found this and was wondering if this is just another md coin or possibly a DDR, thank you like always

MD from what I can see and fairly heavy at that.

Machine Doubling, yes; and that die is exhibiting deterioration.

I'd call this one a Machine Doubling with push doubling on the devices.
