The luster is artificial, looks like a baking soda and water cleaning job.

Nice one! It sure looks like RPM-001/FS-501. If so, the scratches through STATES OF are die polishing lines and a key diagnostic. This is a tough critter to find, and I've never seen an EDS before. The depth of the die scratches might suggest that this is the elusive EDS or EMDS. @HumblePie, amiright?
