From what I can see, MS-63RB at best, certainly not worth grading.

I'll echo the frog...MS63, perhaps 63+. In my opinion, not worth grading. For fun, check eBay listings for graded '72 memorial cents--both asking prices and sold prices.

Heavily worn IMO. EF-45/AU-50 at best, worth 1 cent....sorry.

As a general statement, you needn't slab a coin that is worth less than the cost of getting it graded.

for the most part LMC's imo would not qualify to be slabbed unless they are at least 66+ or better. most are so common in 66 that its not worth it until they hit 67. finding a 67 is a rare bird. the cost of paying for an entry level subscription to PCGS is $69 plus $17 for modern cost per coin grading plus shipping both ways. the majority of moderns after slabbing go for between $8 and $50 for a 66 and between $100 and $300 on average for a 67. some are rarer and can go for up to $2500

here is a comparison between 66 & 67

It's a general rule that coins with a value under $150-$200 really are not worth the cost of certification. There are exceptions to this, like if it has sentimental value or if you just like your coins in slabs, but it is hard to sell a graded coin without losing money when its value is under $150.
