I have two of these. But this one appears to me to be in better shape. This one is marked as strike a. Could this grade over ms60?

My eye sees evidence of circulation rub in numerous locations, so I say not MS, possibly low AU.

If you remove the coin from the holder and get some additional light on the surfaces we can be more definitive in our judgements.

edit for spllgening

Your coin presents with greenish tints in several locations. Are these seen in hand or just image/lighting artifacts? From your images, I get the impression that the coin may have been stored long term in a PVC-infused holder.

I'm seeing circulation wear...better to have a nice AU than a Low MS. People seem to disdain MS60 to MS62.

I don't believe so. It appears to be an AU coin with potential PVC-based green residue. I would suggest a soak in pure acetone and then storage in a clean, PVC-free holder or inert capsule.

IMO, the coin is not worth the expense of having it graded by a third-party service such as PCGS, NGC or ANACS.
