1966 No Mint Mark Dime

Found this dime, I noticed first it looks a little off center not much. But observing that I noticed the "in God we trust" and thought maybe it was sometype of doubling during the mint process maybe? And then there is a mark right below his chin. And diagonally next to it. Is that something that could of happened during the process as well or is all that post damage?

Very aged die. the BS strike was only Phill so no MM. I see the die was a little bit full of grease and under chin probably a small die chip. the rest it is correct for 1966 strike. In general the strikes are very week with Dies used at maximum.

Just kept going down the slot to buy a lot of sodas back when it was young. Also the die has extreme die flow, so the die was well aged when this coin was struck.
