ok pleas help me on my 2984 nickel I think thats what is callwds parrial cladd layer miissing am I right if not I wont bother you anymore you I fill the tensions'you well some of you any way not all but some just point me into the right place before I have to go because I dont know where to find anyone like gus I stumbled on your sight by accident

looks more like staining to me, rather than missing clad.

Not missing the clad, just some sort of stain or discolouration.

How cool - a coin from the far future, Good to see that they didn't change the design of the dime in 2984!
All kidding aside - It looks like your coin is just very worn down. possibly to the point that the cladding is thin on the high points and some copper could be showing through.
Keep searching, I'm sure you will find something great in due time.

i dont think its a stain is it possible for it to get worn down to the copper from circulation

No. The discoloring is mostly in the recesses here, not on the high points where wear would occur.
