I received my secret Santa gift today. It is a nice assortment of world coins covering five different British monarchs. I especially like the 1867 British penny as that is the year of Canada's confederation, yet no Canadian coins were made that year. A couple interesting 50p coins as well. Thank you!

USPS tracking says my package was delivered to its Canadian recipient over a week ago - but not yet reported here. Forgive me if I'm stepping on any neighborly toes, but does Canada have issues with misplaced or lost deliveries that are reported as completed? Just as likely that the recipient is busy elsewhere and will report in eventually. That said - I would resend something if I knew the original never made it.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.artToo many hobbies .... too much work .... not enough time.

Well hopefully they report in that they got it - It is possible that they are waiting until Christmas to open it. Mine was delivered, opened and imaged already..

I've received word from home that I received an unexpected envelope from OH I won't be home for another two weeks, so what's inside will be a mystery until then. But wanted to say it has arrived safe and sound (though a little wet from the rain).
