With the angle used to take the image I almost cannot see much imperfection. Would you be willing to share pictures with your phone being parallel to the coin. Yes those PR are nicer 's for that era, in fact 1956 till1959 are really nice. To find in 68 it is a challenge and almost for DCAM red. Never argue with an idiot. The angle of your phone to the coin is throwing off the details, note how the legends at the top of the photos are quite out of focus. That said, I don't see much if any surface imperfections. I'll hazard a guess at PR67 - although this is certainly not an area of expertise for me.
