Thanks COOP, I understand. My dilemma it is raise, and correspond at an overlapping coin dimensions. And also the Die Gauche on the letter T correspond with the dimensions of the building corner I put in red circle.

Your coins planchet laminated before strike . It's just happenstance and location for its resemblance to the Memorials columns

Well I think we can all agree that there is a die chip on that letter T. As to the repeating structures on the rev, I agree that they look most like a series of lams. Under close inspection, the spacing isn't consistent between "columns" and so I think lam is the more likely explanation.

If this one had laminated after the strike there would have been a "ghost" image of the design in the lam. This coin only shows the design where enough metal was present to fill the die.
Lam before strike coins are more desirable in my book.

Is not in holder from TPG. I keep my coins in holders (my own production) and when I have to analyze a coin I just insert in the inner, so like this I can manipulate the coin without touch.
