I'll say AU-53 or perhaps 55 from a sharpness standpoint, but larger images would help.

Nice coin I have one in about the same grade so I'll be checking to see the groups thoughts. I was also thinking about getting the coin graded but then that is the 1901 really didn't seem worth it unless you putting it in your collection. But everybody loves an Indian Head in a nice grade.
