It would need to grade at least MS67 to justify all costs involved in sending it in. Do you think it would grade that?https://www.PCGS.com/photograde/

I'm going to tell you exactly what I told AMgil27 in their recent post

it doesn't make sense to grade unless a coin is worth $150 or more. most seasoned collectors dont even slab their coins due to the cost. you could expect to spend about $25 plus shipping/insurance per coin plus a subscription to a grading service. PCGS charges a minimum of $69 for a subscription. so you can see it really is not worth grading any average coin. the chance that you can find a coin in circulation that has that kind of value is pretty much zero,

if you have a question or concern about a coin, just post it here. we will let you know if its worth pursuing or if it has any value at all. if you pulled this coin from circulation its probably worth 5 cents

I agree with panzaldi views on TPG grading - you would be wasting quite a bit of money to submit this circulation find coin.

I think we can safely say it's not worth grading without seeing the reverse.
