100 000 Złotych (Warsaw Uprising) - Poland

Hi all,
I was fortunate to take possession of an album of around 250 mostly Polish coins this week. I really have no experience with these. Amongst them was this capsuled coin which, I think, is a proof NCLT silver coin.
Numista has 150,000 mintage and looks like they are around the place from about AU$40 and upwards. They also list a trial strike in nickel with only 500 minted, but from the look of the coin I am guessing proof silver. I can't weigh it with the capsule.

So my real question is, there appears to be some fine detritus and the odd tiny hair inside the capsule, and at least 1 partial fingermark / scuff. Also I don't know the make up of the capsule.

If it was yours, would you bust it out and rehouse in a mylar 2x2 or flip, or some other housing, or would you just leave it be?
