Is this an error coin it all in good detail apart from the obvious and there is a weird line arround the edge too .
One side totally normal .

Hi Jim...looks like its been in water or laid on a wet surface such as under a car mat.
Doubt its a error Coin of any significance but others may have a different view.

Not sure what's on the rim but I see it sometimes on coins.
