It looks like there were a number of mules struck at The Royal Mint during the 1960s:

1965 New Zealand halfpenny with Great Britain obverse (one known?)
1965 New Zealand threepence with Malaya and British Borneo obverse (one known?)
1966 Great Britain halfpenny with Jersey obverse (two known?)
1967 New Zealand 2c with Bahamas obverse (many known)

Does anyone know of any others either from the 1960s or earlier even? Not all of the above seem to be mentioned in catalogues so maybe there are others that I have missed.

As far as I know, there are about 120,000 examples of the New Zealand / Bahama Islands mule. That would equate to a normal maximum striking off a single die pair.
They were all discovered after being put into circulation.

Not 1960's :
British West Africa copper nickel Penny KM# 17 of Edward V111.
East Africa 1936H KM# 24, muled with British West Africa KM# 16
Mintage unknown, but very scarce.
