The 20p: no, it is not die doubling. I think the extra bar on the "F" is just a circulation scratch that just ahppens to line up with the bar on the "F".

The pounds: it looks like Die Deterioration to me. Lines radiating out from the centre and shadowing of the letters forming rimwards of the letters, are classic symptoms of Die Deterioration. I don't know what a "worm Cud" is, but it just looks like a circulation dent in that image.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Mmmm you didn't say any thing about the face doubling and F don't look like no scratch I checked this and Die Deterioration no these are actual lines not Die Deterioration some of these lines looks like straight line cuts as for the worm Cud I only said it was a worm Cud because it is a raised Cud.

Everything looks dented or scratched until you look closer.
