I see in the Colonial Acres auction a few coins from "PCCS" with certificates that look like ICCS copies.

A quick search did not find any internet matches. Is this a new thing? An old thing?

The PCCS thing I believe is a little over a year old.
Those coins are regularly removed from ebay as they are not a recognized TPG.

His son Scott has been the main grader for a while now, Brian's eyesight wasnt too good in the last few years from what ive heard,

Quite a shame since his own personal collection was focused mainly on silver 5c...
