Probably no big deal.
Found this one in 2012. Second one in 2016. Third just few weeks ago.

All three have the same obverse markers. Here's just a couple.
The ones found in 2012 and 2023 have the same reverse markers.
2016 completely different reverse markers.
There's not a 2007 D BIE listed on COC.

The 2023 find obverse looks like it's been used a lot but still okay shape.
All three reverse sides are okay shape.
I'm thinking to look for one with 2016 reverse markers with maybe a different obverse.
Just thought it would be neat.
I've found a couple errors/varieties with different reverse and or vice versa.
Is there anyone else that does that?
I know to some I waste time doing things like that but I can't help it.

Thank you all for your help.

I do not consider that a BIE.

Given the images posed, I'm not seeing a 'classic' BIE feature.

A BIE has a die chip between the B and E, I'm not
seeing that on any of the pictures supplied.

Technically it's a IIB but not listed on http://cuds-on-coins.com/

I thought that this was/is associated to copper coins.

Sort of. I forget in what year the design was changed to stop BIE's from happening, but they still do happen but much less.

with you John1.
It doesn't look like a "classic" BIE.
I like the ones like LDB3-1957D-001 3F+
Now that's a "Classic BIE"/ "IIB"
Cujohn is correct it's technically a "IIB".
A BIE can be between the rim and L of LIBERTY or between any letters even to the right of Y. Also multiple letters can be involved.
There's actually quite a few listed after 1981 but not as many.

Back when I found the first one I did think maybe zinc dust but I kept it because of a fine crack running from B.
The second one probably couldn't have zinc dust in the same area?

JC at cuds-on-coins just might not call it a IIB and that's okay with me.
I've sent in others that he turned down.

Thanks again for everyone looking and commenting.
