I think a lot of what you have going on is damage, but check out these two, just because of mm location.

An easy way to get immediate answers as to whether you have a doubled die, RPM, or OMM. Find them all listed here:
www.varietyvista.com

Scroll down, find the e-book for the coin you are looking for and take the links.

If yours is not listed then you probably have non-collectable doubling such as Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling (search these topics on this forum and at error-ref.com).

Boy that T looks different. I'm not sure I ever seen a canted DD. I'm thinking it took 2 hits. If it was a DD, it would have been reported before now.

I have been searching quite a few 1964-D cents lately for errors. Your coin is quite unique in my Opinion.
It has some of the characteristics of the DDO-001 however they are quite different as well.
The "4" and the "T" look exaggerated compared to the known varieties and any coin I've seen from 1964-D.
Does your coin have any of the additional die markers?
I'm very curious to see what others here say about this. Could it be a new attribution?

It might be one to send off to Coppercoins or VV unfortunately Wexler is no longer doing attributions. Have one of them take a look.
I see where the T took a hit on the bottom but the top looks nicely rounded. I don't see a strike up there, in my opinion.

@ kurdlezuit: What you talk about it is Strike Doubling.

Wexler took retirement but the site has a new owner and they still attribute.

Towards the rim is the direction that the dies will show wear. So if these are all doing this, then it could be die wear. If it is in the same hub direction, then it might be a slight DDO? But I'm seeing more of a die wear issue so far from these images.
