Speaking of fakes. Without very good photos I would be afraid of a cast fake if buying online.

The break in the rim may hide the place of the metal channel.
The worn out surfaces have much pitting when the field shows none. Suspicious. Bubbles from casting?
I too would be afraid to buy without checking in hand.
Saw too many fakes of all kinds of coins.

I wouldn't buy it unless authenticated. Perhaps you can agree to pay the grading cost and have the seller send it away to be slabbed. If in a details holder then I think it's a very attractive example.

It's no doubt attractive - just comes down to whether you can live with a damaged specimen.

If the OP coin is a counterfeit, please explain as it matches a B1. See photos below of a genuine example that matches the same variety. On obverse note hair curl touches #1 star and date position is the same. On reverse note 9 berries on left and 10 on right, and R touches the wing tip.

Tell you all what, If someone on this forum buys this coin and submits it and the coin comes back as "genuine or genuine details", I will pay for the slab!
If it comes back in a body bag as anything other than "genuine or genuine details", ie., fake/counterfeit or the like, everyone here that responded in the positive to this coin, all send me ten bucks.
I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is, are you?
