I see the 'tail' on the 0, not quite the same shape as the VV DDO-05, your tail seem to have a bit more of a hook to it. When you think you have found a match to an attribution, you should try to take pictures just like they are posted on the site (such as VV) it makes it much easier to match up the coin to the site's images. on your coin there may be a slight split on the 9, but the rest looks normal to me. I'll give this a 'possible DDO' http://varietyvista.com/01b%20LC%20...0SDDO005.htm

https://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln...pe=do&page=11970s-1do-007 is FS-103 under Coppercoins website. Two different die states here. Check for the markers for each die state. I'm not good with telling which state coins are in. I just try to find the markers with each one until I find them.

Jfeed pictures are good, just really shiny. If your using a ring light, you can use your finger to partially cast a shadow on a portion of the coin to make the doubling really pop. Try different positions with your finger or a coin flip, around the coin to manipulate the lighting.

I do not see here the FS-103, at any stage A, B or C what Kurd state. Me I do not loose my time anymore for 1960 or 1970-S for examples. To many to be able to accomplish a collection. J: go to https://www.doubleddie.com/452412.html and yo has the majority with the description.

Thanks kurdlezuit.. Your suggestions on lighting should really help. I'm sticking with my opinion after going over all the attributions again. I am not a big time collector and get excited to find even the smallest or more simple errors. Again, I appreciate all the comments and opinions. They all go in my little" learning book" to help and use in the future.

A 1970-s DDO in that condition would be a HUGE find.

Quote: Too many to be able to accomplish a collection. Come on there are only 54 of them! Still, I think yours could be FS-103 if some of the markers check out - not enough photo details here to go on for markers.
