The initials are showing a die crack, but also a die chip or two. If the base is solid, and doesn't press downwards with a toothpick, it maybe a second die chip. The areas showing gray to through the plating is where the plating has rubbed off this coin. So the biggest take away on this coin is know the differences. Probably not a premium for the coin, but the education will be stored in your memory. You might save this as an educational coin to show to a new collector to help him in his training for what is going on with the coins we find.
