Hello, need some help grading this one. It's a bit puzzling to me because the reverse is nicer than the obverse but both sides have a lot of little distracting nicks.

when you look at all the components of grade; strike, surface preservation, luster & eye appeal. surface preservation counts double over the others.

eye appeal and preservation are on the lower end here. obviously luster is not a component due to circulation. technically it might be XF however these deficiencies will drop the grade imo to VF details
