Is this a die Strike that criss-crosses from rim to rim on the Reverse side of this 2004-D quarter? I tried to take a good picture of what I'm inquiring about. Thank you in advance for your help!

Not sure what a "Hairline Strike" is, but this appears to be post-mint damage. Perhaps someone applied an Xacto knife to it.

In order to really help you we need much better photos. No glare and close up in focus. Here is a link for using a cell phone camera:http://goccf.com/t/422658

Right, sharp closeups would help.

You can find out yourself if you look real close. If the line has a trench look then it is a scratch. How ever, if you need help that is why we are here. But we need close up pictures.
