1994 D 1c Clear RPM?

Ozzy5150 Valued Member United States 114 Posts	Posted 06/03/2023 02:14 am If I remember correctly RPM's don't exist due to modern hub/die process. This coin is still in the mint set cellophane although I think the pictures are more than sufficient. It's not a split plating issue or any of the other common zincoln problems. It's a clear RPM. Please let me know what year RPMs should be non existent. Thank You for any info or thoughts. Report this Post to the Staff
