Could this pass for MS grade? To me it looks flawless

Definitely an MS grade.
The scratch above George's ear, and ding below his eye, and small dings above the date hold it back to
MS-63.

The bright luster should make it stand out well.

The strike on the drum rim is also pretty weak, which is common for 1976 quarters. Big ding in the second S in States, and a sizable nick in the T in Quarter.

the glare from light could be hiding any light wear on the highest points of the devices. AU58 or MS63
