2000-P LMC 2000 Reverse Lincoln Memorial Statue Looks Odd

Closest I could come to anything resembling a DDR is 2000 1¢ WDDR-023 from wexler's (https://www.doubleddie.com/426401.html), found what appear to be some markers, but I'm not quite certain... might be nothing. Any help identifying and explaining whether/why this is a DDR or just normal coin is appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff
