I found this CRH and at first glance I thought post mint damage on the obverse until I flipped it over and noticed right down the middle there was a line that caught my attention and noticed this also is an over greased die.

Let me know what you all think of this one.

Looks like a Struck Through Grease error and a Lamination error as well.

That's about 10% under weight.
IMO not struck thru grease.
I suspect some of the lamination on the obverse was gone before the coin was struck or upset.
Interesting coin.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Struck on a defective planchet, and a lamination error.

Amazing how much that circulated, before someone spotted the errors.

I concur with not Struck Through Grease. With that much missing material from the planchet on the obverse, there probably wasn't enough copper and pressure to get a good strike on the word Cent.

Nice find!
