Just a privately minted copper bullion round, not a coin and worth very little. Don't waste your time and money considering grading!

It is only worth current copper value. One ounce of copper isn't much.

its not collectable.

FYI - grading costs lets say at PCGS would be $69 for a subscription. grading fee. I think about $22 plus shipping and insurance both ways. you need to have a rare coin or one over $150 to be worth slabbing or you are just chewing up the value of the coin with fees
