First thing is I did photos head-on then rotated. I have learned that a contact mark can be hidden if coin is rotated. I wanted to give you an accurate look at the coin. unfortunately, it has subdued luster.

This one is the one I am seriously considering to unload one of my 8 vouchers. Maybe quickly look at what pcgs has posted for a ms-67
and does this compare? The coin does not glare back at you under a loupe nonetheless it is attractive to me. Also so this is more than 10X photos

i compared your coin to about 15 coins graded by PCGS in the 66-67 range. PCGS is only showing 14 graded at 67. 14 at 66+ and 729 at 66.

OBV - the shoulder and lapel on this coin is really clean. there a couple small marks in the temple area. the bowtie is not fully separated from the lapel however even the 67's I looked at do not seem to be completely defined. the collar/lapel separation is weak. all the 67's I looked at the there was clear separation. the hair behind the neck is not fully defined and the 67's I'm seeing you can easily make out the hair definition. however there was 1 that was not.

REV - steps are weak under Lincoln. I found one 67 similar. the area above ONE CENT typically has chatter. this one is pretty clean. this area is as good any of the 67's.

due to the photos its difficult determine the actual color. glare doesn't help with this.

i think your coin is better than almost all of the 66's I looked at and as good or better than the 66+. if the color in hand looks better than the photos it has a good shot at 67RD. if the color is true here then it may pull an RB. maybe if you can give us a shot without lighting to see what the actual coin looks like in hand it would help. think the only thing I can see that they would ding this coin for is the steps.

Lots of hits on the columns. Distracting mark or stain on the temple. 14 in 67 - low pop, it would take exceptional eye appeal or something special to have a shot. This is a year they seem to hold down.
