Hello everyone,

I was just going through my cents and I noticed this 1967 penny (I think PL) had some apparent doubling on its reverse. Could this be a DDR? Or is it just Machine Doubling?

Thanks in advance.

It looks like ejection doubling to me. Do a google or coin site search. I've seen it before, but can't find it now.

The close up pics you posted are of the obverse not reverse.

I also see ejection doubling. Some people think the date side is the obverse. ANACS even put all my Canadian coins with the date side on the front. I've always considered the obverse to be the portrait side.

I'm thinking it's Machine Doubling.
