This is known as clashed dies. I'm not sure whether this is rare for that type; in many types clashed dies are common.

If this coin is real, it would be worth $$$$ regardless of clashed dies. Those types are heavily counterfeited, usually not in silver. Please check the weight and whether it is magnetic.

Also try the tissue test. Looks harshly cleaned as well.

Pics are superb! If the above tests seem to show it is real, then I'd be interested to hear what the specific gravity is.

I think this coin is supposed to have 8 characters at the top of the obverse. I think your copy is missing the date. Some coins don't carry the regnal date, but I can't find one of this denomination that is missing the date. I believe this is a fake coin, although not an obvious one. I've seen these being sold off ebay by a seller in Albania.
Here is one of his wares, also has the four character legend at the top of the obverse.

The 3 mace 6 candareens example on numista weighs 13.5g. Seen others from other provinces come in at 13.2g. The silver coins from An-Hwei province are extremely rare. Even cleaned or circulated they can command prices in the hundreds and more likely thousands of dollars so the price of 150 is just too good too good to be true.

So - I just double checked everything- my little scale is reporting 13 grams even. All other text, tissue, magnet all positive for silver. I watched this coin for 7 days and no body bidding. The auction only had 1 other coin and it was not listed on advertisement page. Mostly all auction items were selling all contents of house of. Last 20 min of Auction only 1 other person bidding on it with me . Person got out at $151 dollar so I got it $152.. I'm going to send in for grading. Worst case, I get back a fake the I go after Auction Ninja for refund . I've been refunded before for fraud so no worries here. SO this is the one time I hope your wrong and pay down up coming Major Medical Bills. -- just please let me know your opinion who I should send for Grading? PCGS, NGC, Etc- would love cheapest one but not if it will hurt my bottom end. Never had a coin slabbed- so this will be my 1st! ---- looking forward to your response ---Regards Mike

Not genuine. No such coin is struck if I recall correctly.

The dots around the text as well as the denticles look crude.

I would ask for your money back.
