The value with a PO1 is low ball registry sets at NGC and PCGS. You may want to consider crossing the coin to PCGS at grade. If the coin goes up in grade a point, it could actually go down in value. The last time I checked, NGC did not accept crossovers from ICG.

looking at the PCGS population report there are 31 PO1 examples with the head of 94, so there are most likely plenty of PO1's for the low ball collectors. There are only 2 PO1's with the head of 95. If you can identify the head as a 95, with a PO1 in a PCGS holder, that could be a nice score.

Here is the update with the best pics I can get if anyone wants to chime in about it, can see some of the date but it's very weak.
