Also has a fake 1933 DE https://www.ebay.com/itm/335186670442 and a fake 1797 turban head https://www.ebay.com/itm/235364558517 probably more.
Replica coins are a violation of ebay policy. These say replica right in the title. All ebay has to do is search their titles to weed these out, but they don't.

The 1933 DE and the turban head that kbbpll mentioned both have a "COPY" on the reverse. At least those two are legal.

Yes, those two are sort of legal to sell, but still violate ebay's policy, which prohibits all replica coins regardless of whether or not they have COPY on them. Technically the Hobby Protection Act specifies that the word COPY be incuse, and on these it is raised. "An imitation numismatic item of incusable material shall be incused with the word "COPY"." Of course the main issue is enforcing the act at all, not the minutia of the marking requirements.
