I see a chunk of the plating missing and a bit of the dark core showing.
Strike through won't cause that.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Minor Struck Through Grease, the small dark spec present is just dried grease, not the underlying layer IMO.
Finding and discovering modern Canadian doubled die varieties since 2018.
