This is from PCGS site for comparison. I think the minmark is in the right place but maybe the "75" does't look right.

Images are not in focus, so hard to examine properly.
Leaning towards counterfeit.

Without sharper images I'm leaning counterfeit. The legs of the eagle don't look right and neither do the rims and denticles. If these are seller images, run away.

The CC dates on Trade dollars are heavily counterfeited. The coin has a type 1 obverse and a type 1 reverse that was used on the date. When evaluating Trade dollars for authenticity, the CC and date position need to be a match with a genuine example. The denticles on Trade dollars are typically fully struck. The OP coin denticles are suspect to be off. Do not buy CC Trade dollars form poor quality photos as you will get burnt.

Doesn't look good, but sharper pics would help.

Lib's facial features all wrong. Very difficult for a manufacturer of fake coins to reproduce accurately.
Face recognition is a skill is a skill that babies need. We don't loose that skill as adults.
Useful skill to have in the identification of counterfeit / fake coins.
