I was thinking MD too, but doesn't that letter R have split serifs? If so, then I think you have a doubled die here. Let's see what others think.

I'll send the best I can get pictures tomorrow I'm not sure either about this one but if it is do you think its rare on the forint I turned my coins in at the bank for more rolls and the teller said those wouldn't go through the counter machine that forint was one and I never had that it must of been someone before me its small and easy to miss

I'm only seeing Machine Doubling and maybe Die Deterioration Doubling the devices do not appear larger than normal to me. Better lighting/different angle would be needed to verify split on the R. But I still think it's the start of DDD with MD not an actual doubled die, R looks to be normal size.
