The only doubling I see on either coin dates, is just a little MD or Die Deterioration. The photos are too small/fuzzy to see anything on the Obv, so I don't know what you are referring to.

Yes, I see the 5 that may have been repunched. I see a bit on the 2, but don't think that it is a double die, at least to my way of looking at doublings of Vicky large cents. Maybe by modern graders with modern coins, the strict definition of double die has changed. I don't do anything with any 20th or 21st century coins. Sorry for my post.
