It is a completely normal 1 yen from the period but the Aluminium has been corroded hence the environmental damage.
The corrosion is probably some kind of acid but it could be many different things.
There is no doubt in my mind that this is not mint or any other damage.

if you see the coin with a magnifying glass it seems as the same material of the planchet, that is aluminum , was heat and small quantities droped into the coin ... ( it is very difficult for me to explain but it seems to me not corrosion ) .I upload another picture that maybe is more explicit. Thanks anyway for your appreciation

It is 100% aluminum oxidation. The cause of this occurrence of oxidation on aluminum is most often moisture, or in the case of coins, touching them with dirty hands, that is, with acidic hands.

Okay all I can tell you is that I have seen plenty of damaged aluminium coins and many look like this.
I can pretty much guarantee this is not at all a mint error and by the way I have seen plenty of 1 yen coins which were damaged that way too as aluminium is just very easy to corrode aggressively and looks exactly like that when it does.
It could also have been created by electric measures etc.
